Mr. Randy Tice, Band Director

Randy Tice received his Bachelors Degree in Music Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. While at UNC-Greensboro, Mr. Tice was an active performer in the University's Symphonic Band, and UNCG's Pep band known as "The Bands of Sparta". Mr. Tice was also an Active member of UNCG's chapter of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, A fraternity dedicated to helping Advance Music in America. 

Mr. Tice graduated from UNC-Greensboro in December of 2018, and started teaching at Corvian Community School in January of 2019, where he helped build up the band program there while teaching Band grades 6-11, and teaching 5th grade general music. 

As a member of NAfME (National Association for Music Education) and NCMEA (North Carolina Music Educators Association), Mr. Tice is always working with other band directors to learn new ideas to help benefit you student to become the best musician they can become. 

Mr. Tice also works to provide and maintain a healthy relationship with our feeder High School, William Amos Hough High School, by working with the Marching Band as their Marching Technician.
